Bio

I started my CrossFit journey at Crossfit Enhance in 2010. I started coaching soon thereafter in 2011. I was a coach and member there till 2020. ​I started at Soy City Crossfit in 2021.


 


My wife, Ginger, and I have one son (Isaac) and three boxers (Rocky, Murphy, and Cashy).


 


I work full time as a Research Scientist at ADM here in Decatur, IL.
