WHAT WE OFFER:
GROUP TRAINING
Our dedicated coaches will guide you through a warmup, explain and model the workout of the day (WOD), and help you find ways to modify movements to match your fitness level safely. You'll workout alongside our community of members to encourage, motivate, and inspire one another. You will have fun getting stronger mentally and physically, and find you are capable of tackling life's obstacles with confidence.

FUNDAMENTALS
In this 6-class course introduction, you will learn the basic movement standards for CrossFit. We will gauge your current mobility, and fitness level to help you find ways to modify movements for your safety. We will practice technique and form, as well as teach you about CrossFit methods. When you finish this course, you will gain the confidence you need in this small-group setting to join our regular Group Training classes.
