I am coach Megan, have been involved in crossfit since feb 2018 when Crossfit Hera opened and got my L1 that same year! I fell in love with crossfit instantly! CrossFit Hera changed its name to Soy City and I stayed!
I am a RN as my main job and have a busy family life with my 2 kids! I wouldn’t trade this crazy life for anything !!!
