Bio
I started my CrossFit journey at CrossFit Enhance back in 2015. Went on to get my CrossFit level 1 in 2023 to coach and help people better their fitness and nutrition lifestyle.
My family consists of my wife Cortney and our two kiddos Addison, and Rowan.
I work full time for Progressive Insurance as an auto claims adjuster in Central Illinois.
