They will help to hold you accountable, challenge you to try new things, encourage you to keep going, and best of all, celebrate your success both in and out of the gym!
In this 6-class course introduction, you will learn the basic movement standards for CrossFit. We will gauge your current mobility, and fitness level to help you find ways to modify movements for your safety. We will practice technique and form, as well as teach you about CrossFit methods. When you finish this course, you will gain the confidence you need in this small-group setting to join our regular Group Training classes.
IT'S FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENTS combined with strength and conditioning, and gymnastics all specifically programmed and designed to support your fitness level and goals. We provide accountability, support, and a great workout. All movements can be modified to keep you safe and move efficiently at your own intensity. CrossFit is for everyone from the elderly, to the elite. You don't get in shape so you can do CrossFit, you do CrossFit to get in shape!
GROUP TRAINING
Our dedicated coaches will guide you through a warmup, explain and model the workout of the day (WOD), and help you find ways to modify movements to match your fitness level safely. You'll workout alongside our community of members to encourage, motivate, and inspire one another. You will have fun getting stronger mentally and physically, and find you are capable of tackling life's obstacles with confidence.
