I started doing CrossFit in December of 2015 at Capital City Crossfit in Springfield. I moved to Decatur in 2017 and joined CFE until its closure.
I’ve been at Soy City now since February of 2021. I’m enjoying my new CF home and felt it was a good time to start coaching.
I recently earned my CF-L1 credentials and am excited to begin my journey.
When I’m NOT at Soy City CF, I work at Target and hold the position of Property Management Lead
